Rise in economy has been attributed to the emerging corporation in India. These corporations are
working on the base of competent workforce and vision of growth in a very quick turnaround. To
cater their demand, educational institutions especially MBA colleges needs to be efficient to shape
students to meet corporate requirements.
RGR Siddhanthi College of Business Management works on the same philosophy. Our department is focussed
on overall development of students to establish them in current corporate sector. We are aiming
towards creation of future leaders with our teaching pedagogy. We have faculties on board with
industrial exposure which give practical and real time experience to our future business associates.
With innovative and strategic teaching methods like case studies, short projects in each semester
gives students for on the whole develops student. Management games for marketing and an HR
student augment our teaching pedagogy. Internships programmes and industrial tie-ups make our
students stands apart in the crowd. Guest faculties from established corporate share their immense
knowledge with students.

The inherent aim of our prestigious institution is to impart quality education to
students, so as to enable them to achieve all round development of their personality and
inculcate discipline and noble thoughts in them. The destiny of a nation is shaped in the
classroom. Education plays a pivotal role in moulding the taught to the shape whereby they
can strike an equilibrium between the modernistic trends and humanistic values.
We, at RGR Siddhanthi College of Business Management, equip the students with the
best possible teaching resources, practical exposure and training methods for enrichment of
the students career for challenging world out there. We believe in inspiring minds, improving
intellects and building characters which our students will treasure for their lifetime.
Our college, affiliated to the Osmania University, Hyderabad offers the
Masters in Business Administration ( M.B.A ) course which is a two year course with two
semesters each. The programme aims at moulding students into effective managers by
providing them with courses reinforced with multi-faceted inputs of management education
using state-of-the-art methods of training and active industry interface.
Candidates aspiring to join the MBA programme are required to appear for a state-
wide Common Entrance Test [ICET], which evaluates them on the basis of their analytical,
quantitative and verbal skills. The University offers specialisation in the fields of Finance,
Human Resource Management, Marketing and Systems.Examinations are conducted at the
end of each semester to assess the students’ understanding in what has been taught and learnt
during that particular semester period.
As an integral part of the curriculum, every student takes up work on a project
in an organisation with a view to facilitate complimentary learning and greater understanding
of real life organisational situations. The duration of the training ranges from 6-8 weeks. The
project guides from among the faculty and provide necessary guidance to the students. The
projects are evaluated at the end of the fourth semester by a panel of external, internal and
corporate examiners on the basis of a report, a presentation and a viva-voce.
Our college can credit itself of having well experienced and dedicated faculty
members whose efforts are supported with fruitful results every semester. We have a well-
stocked Library with an extensive collection of Books and Journals.

I had a great time at RGR Siddhanthi College Of Business Management. It was very helpful in achieving my career goal and converting my endeavours into a real time world. Excellent facilities at RGRS inspired me to give my best. I am very thankful to the faculty that gave me the knowledge and confidence and has brought a new dimension into my life to achieve a successful career.
